HRD "Organization Management Training"

If I to say two words for this OMT in 2014, they are Unique and successful!!

despite the obstacles we encountered from the start of the event, we manage to finish it wonderfully.

and dare I say, the participants who are argUMent members feel refresh by the end of the event. It is like one by one, the speakers cleared our mind and heart so that we feel as if we could do anything and everything easily. 

The first agenda began with the material from bang Ocong about HOW TO MANAGE EVENT ORGANIZER! he was very friendly and engaging. He encouraged us to make bigger events then told us the technique which are quite simple in my opinion. that time, our chief of committee from the up-comingTOEFL Workshop asked a question about how to make a successful events with many sponsors. Mr. ocong then told him not to have any doubt first, and he offered to assist us to get more sponsors. argUMent ROCK!!  

We are also given three other materials on Leadership by Ust. Fitrah, administration by Mr. Dedi Kurniawan, and lastly Ke-argUMent-an by Mr. Sony ariawan. I'd like to think that those materials complimented each other because it feels like the information were connected from the start , which was not.

Finally, after a long day, our OMT ended at 5 p.m. before going home we did an evaluation meeting to assess how today's event was. Some committee even cried either with happiness or sadness I did not now...

but, One thing. I know one day they will pride themselves because even with small members they can conduct this memorable event!!

Raker 2014

“If you fail to plan something, then very likely you will plan a failure”

                The RAKER (Work-Plan Meeting) started around 2 o’clock in the afternoon that day. Everyone was anxious to start, including me. Saying that is an understatement, because that day, Wednesday 26^th February 2014 was the first time for all argUMenters to meet again after a long long holiday…YAY!! \(^^)/… In this annual event, all coordinators had to explain their programs to the forum along with the purposes.

The meeting started with al-Qur’an reciting and other opening ceremony agendas.  The first speech was delivered by the president of argUMent 2014 and soon followed by DPO. Both speeches were very heartwarming and inspiring. Thus, we are very proud to be a part of argUMent ‘till today. One particular part of the speech that was like a perfect image for the event was the saying that said “If you fail to plan something, then very likely you will plan a failure.” If we think about it carefully, we will see the truth in it. So, if we want to have successful events. We have to plan it successfully!! 

There are some back-and-forth arguments between the forum about the work programs but it is done with debate ethics so it was not trouble at all. after all, we are argUMenters so debating each others' arguments is a must! dont you think so???
